Hauritz ready to play anywhere for Australia

Sydney, Jul 12 (UNI) After Australian all-rounder Shane Watson, off-spinner Nathan Hauritz also expressed his desire to play anywhere for the country by saying he was ready to visit Pakistan to cement his place in the team.

Cricket Australia (CA) has named right arm offie Hauritz in 30 probables for the Champions Trophy.

''I wouldn't care where we play if it meant playing for my country. (Getting the chance) to represent your country doesn't happen all the time,'' Hauritz was quoted as saying by 'The Daily Telegraph' here toady.

''You can go to a number of places in this world that are dangerous,'' said Hauritz.

However, the 26-year-old bowler said he has full faith on CA and will follow the decision taken by the authority.

''But at the end of the day it's not my call and it's up to Cricket Australia. I'm sure they will do everything they can to make sure it's safe,'' he added.
