New Delhi, Jul 12: The Fourteenth Session of the Lok Sabha will commence on Monday, July 21. Subject to exigencies of government business, the Session is likely to conclude on Tuesday, July 22, according to a release here today.
United Progressive Alliance (UPA) will get 183 to 193 seats if Lok Sabha elections were to be held now, according to a voter survey conducted by the news magazine 'The Week'. This survey also predicts UPA 33 pc votes for UPA in the LS elections. The opposition NDA is tipped to get 179 to 189 seats on a 32 per cent vote share, according to the poll conducted by CVOTER among 9,604 respondents across 54 Lok Sabha seats on July 9 and 10 in the aftermath of Left parties withdrawing support to the UPA government. BJP's LK Advani topped the list of "best prime minister" with 17 per cent voting in his favour, followed by Congress president Sonia Gandhi (15 per cent), her son and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi (12) and former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee (11).
