Champagne Vineyards to open UK subsidiary

New Delhi, Jul 11 (UNI) Champagne Vineyards Ltd today said it will open a subsidiary in the UK for expansion of its global businesses.

''We will open a 100 per cent subsidiary company in the UK to pursue our global business prospects with a view to enter into alliance/takeover/management of food and restaurants related business globally,'' a company statement said.
