{image-aarushi case_11072008.jpg news.oneindia.in}New Delhi, Jul 11: Sensational Aarushi murder case entered a crucial phase on Friday, July 11, with the CBI making it clear that they had no evidence against Dr Rajesh Talwar. CBI joint director Arun Kumar said, “As per our investigations Krishna (Talwar"s compounder), Rajkumar (domestic help of Durrani"s) and another person Vijay Mandal looked like the prime culprits.

However, CBI made it clear that all revelations were based on the narco-analysis and lie detector test and the agency still has to find corroborative evidence to nail the guilty. On the basis of the revelations in the narco analysis tests conducted on Krishna and Rajkumar, the CBI narrated the possible occurrence of incident.

As per the test results, on the day of the murder, Krishna, Rajkumar and Vijay Mandal had gathered in Hemraj's room.

They consumed alcohol in Hemraj's room and discussed about Aarushi, following which, they headed towards Aarushi's room.

''They tried to abuse Aarushi physically. She protested and was hit by a sharp object. Following which, the accused headed to the terrace where Hemraj was killed,'' said Arun Kumar.

''After Hemraj was killed, the accused came back to Aarushi room where she was slit and killed,'' he added.

The CBI also referred to the blood group results of the tests of the bloodstains that were found on stairs of Talwar's residence and in Aarushi's room.

The CBI is still awaiting the DNA test of finger prints.

Arun Kumar also said that they had arrested Vijay Mandal.

However, the CBI added that the revelations made by it were in order to stop the speculations emerging and were not the final conclusions.
