Aarushi murder case: Murder weapon recovered

The evidence includes murder weapon and parts of Aarushi's mobile phone. Sources said that Vijay Mandal, a domestic help picked up from the Talwar neighbourhood, is likely to be arrested on Friday, July 11.
Meanwhile CBI will produce all three accused in Noida murder case in the court on Friday, July 11. Three accused in the sensationl case are Arushi's father Aarushi's father Dr Rajesh Talwar, his compounder Krishna and Talwar's family friend Durrani's domestic help Raj Kumar. CBI has conducted narco analysis and polygraphic tests on all three accused but nothing concrete has come out of it so far. CBI is still seeking the report of the blood stained T-shirt they had recovered from one of the accused Raj Kumar. "We are still awaiting the report from Hyderabad on the blood stained T-shirt seized from his room. If it is established that it was Aarushi or Hemraj's blood, we have a clear case against him," said a source, adding that the agency will seek his custody again on Friday.
Arushi's father, Dr Talwar, might be freed or sent to judicial remand till the filing of the chargesheet on August 23.
