Five of the players would be declared as ''Ratnas'' and awarded cash scholarships.
Mr Viswanathan said as the Indian Cricket Board has proposed to conduct an Under-16 inter-schools tournament from this year to unearth more talent, the Boost Cup event would held in the state to tap talented players.
