Administrative Tribual planned in Kerala
Thiruvananthapuram, Jul 8: The Kerala government is seriously considering to constitute an ''Administrative Tribunal'' on the lines of Central Administrative Tribunal for settling Service cases related to the transfer of government servants in the state, Chief Minister V S Achuthanandan said today.
There had been a lot of complaints and disputes on various issues related to the service of government employees, he said in a written reply to Mr K K Shaju (JSS) and others.
Stating that a large number of cases in this regard were filed before the courts, he said the cases were being delayed.
