Petrol bunks remained closed demanding reduction in Sales tax

Bidar, Karnataka, July 7 (UNI) Vehicle owners had tough time as Petrol bunks in Bidar District remained closed today in response to a bandh call given by the District Petrol Dealers Association demanding the Karntaka Government to reduce the Sales Tax on petroleum products.

All the 30 petrol bunks, 11 in the town and 19 in the rural areas remained closed.

The Association members, led by their President B L Sindal, took out a procession in the town and submitted a memorandum addressed to the Chief Minister, to the Deputy Commissioner UNI DP MSP GM1727
