Muslims are not against nuclear deal: Kidwai
Mumbai, Jul 7 (UNI) Muslims in the country are not against the nuclear deal and those saying it is anti-Muslim are, in fact, giving it communal overtones, according to All India Congress party minority cell chief Imran Kidwai.
Mr Kidwai, talking to reporters here today said some forces who do not want to see the country strong are indulging in false propaganda so that the country does not sign the deal. He wondered how the deal could affect Muslims only.
On the formation of Madarsa Board, he said it is in the interests of the Muslim community. Muslims, he said, should accept modern education and this should be a part of the Madarsa Education.
