Jammu, Jul 6 (UNI) The condition of critically injured in the Bhaderwah protest incident today worsened as doctors at the Government Medical College and Hospital had used ventilator for artificial life support, official sources said.
Manjit was among the injured who were airlifted to the GMCH Jammu after protests and subsequent police action, at Bhaderwah in Doda district on Wednesday.
''The patient is on the ventilator in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and his condition is stated to be very critical,'' GMCH principal Dr Rajinder Singh told UNI.
The sources in the hospital, however, disclosed that Manjit was not responding to treatment despite being put on a ventilator.
