2 boys found dead near Asharam Bapu's 'Gurukul'

Ahmedabad, Jul 6: Two ten-year-old boys were found dead under mysterious circumstances near the Sant Asharam Ashram Gurukul, where they had been studying, today.

The cause of the deaths has not yet been ascertained and the bodies have been sent to the city civil hospital for postmortem.

Dipesh and Abhishek Vaghela were cousins and were studying in class five and six respectively. They had been missing since the evening of July 3, police said.

Families of the boys suspect foul play and allege that it is a case of murder and not accidental deaths.

The family members have also accused the ''Gurukul'' authorities of negligence. The authorities, the family members have alleged, did not inform them about the disappearance of the boys immediately.

Parents of both the boys live in Ahmedabad, only around eight kilometers from the Ashram.

Praful Vaghela, father of Dipesh, has demanded a CBI inquiry into the mysterious death of the two boys.
