Jaipur, Jul 3 (UNI) The Vasundhara Raje Council of Ministers in Rajasthan will be expaneded tomorrow with induction of Rajput leader former Minister Devi Singh Bhati as a Cabinet Minister.
A ruling BJP Spokesman told UNI here that swearing-in ceremony was expected to be held at the Raj Bhawan here around 1215 Hrs tomorrow.
Mr Bhati had been conveyed orally about the date and time of the oath ceremony, he added.
Mr Bhati had announced the merger of his Samajik Nyaya Munch(SNM) with the ruling BJP a few months ago.
Mr Bhati had won the last assembly election as a SNM candidate.
Meanwhile, Mr Bhati today held meetings with Chief Minister Vasundhara Raj and BJP state President and Rajya Sabha MP Om Prakash Mathur.
Later, Mr Bhati told UNI that he would work to brighten the electoral prospects of the ruling BJP in the next assembly elections due to be held by November.
Presently, the Raje Council of Ministers has strength of 29--18 Cabinet Ministers and 11 Ministers of State.
As per the constitutional ceiling over the size of state Council of Ministers, 30 Ministers can be accommodated in the Ministry in the state.
