HSAA to conduct trials for NZ Junior Athletic in Bhiwani

Chandigarh, Jul 3 (UNI) The Haryana State Amateur Athletic Association (HSAA) will conduct selection trials on July 12 for boys and July 13 for girls in Bhiwani for 20th North Zone Junior Athletic Championship to be held from August 1 to 3 at Lucknow.

The trials will be held at Vaish Senior Secondary School at 0800 hrs for girls and boys in the age group of under 14, under 16, under 18 and under 20.

Only those two athletes for each event will be selected, who will qualify the laid down standards by AFI and HSAA, according to H S Bhadu Secretary HSAA.

The athletes must carry with them the original certificate of date of birth along with the ID card issued by the AFI. Without original certificate of date of birth athletes will not be allowed to take part in the trials, Mr Bhadu said.
