Rupee inches gain at 43.21/22 per USD
Mumbai, Jul 2: On Wednesday, July 2, Rupee bounced back to open firm against US Dollar at 43.21/22, gaining 11 paise from its previous close of 43.33/34 per Dollar on suspected intervention by the Reserve Bank of India in the opening trade.
The Indian Rupee edged higher as state-run banks sold Dollars after it fell sharply in the previous session, but near record global crude prices continued to press it downward against the greenback, dealers said.
