Ousted Prince Paras leaves for Singapore
Kathmandu, July 1 (UNI) Former Crown Prince Paras left for Singapore today, the first visit by a Royal after the abolition of monarchy in Nepal.
While there was no confirmation of Prince Paras' visit to Singapore, the local media quoted palace sources saying he has gone to Singapore to enrol-his children to a school there.
The reports said that the Prince wanted to enrol three of his children to a school in the South East Asian country.
The Prince was concerned about the security of his children after the government decided to withdraw security personnel from his residence--'Nirmal Niwas'.
The media said Paras' children have not been attending school His children have stopped going to school, Rupy's International, in Kathmandu for the last few days.
The monarchy was abolished on May 28 by an absolute majority by the Constituent Assembly.
