NC and Congress leaders called on J

Srinagar, Jun 30 (UNI) A number of National Conference (NC) and Congress leaders called on Jammu and Kashmir Governor N N Vohra at Raj Bhavan here today, an official spokesman said.

He said NC president Omar Abdullah accompanied by Abdul Rahim Rather, Leader of Opposition in the Assembly called on Mr Vohra.

They discussed issues emerging from the withdrawal of support by the PDP besides several matters relating to the overall situation in the State.

Spokesman said earlier, Pradesh Congress President and Union Minister for Water Resources, Professor Saif-ud-Din Soz, met the Governor and discussed various issues relating to the obtaining situation in Kashmir and Jammu.
