Heavy rains likely at few places in north Konkan

Pune, June 30 (UNI) Heavy rains at a few places with very heavy rains at isolated places are likely to occur in north Konkan for next 48 hrs.

Heavy rains are likely to occur at isolated places in south Konkan, Goa and south Madhya Maharashtra, during the same period, according to the weather forecast valid for Maharashtra, excluding Vidarbha, and Goa.

Moderate to rather heavy rains are likely to occur at most places in Konkan, Goa and Madhya Maharashtra. Light to moderate rains are likely to occur at a few places in Marathwada.
