Two killed in seprate road mishaps

Fatehgarh Sahib, June 29 (UNI) Two persons were killed in two separate mishaps near Khamano in the district today, police here said.

Police sources said that Hardeep Singh, a resident of Khamano Khurd was killed when his scooter was hit by a jeep near a petrol pump in Khamano. The police has registered a case against the driver of the jeep.

In the second mishap, a two wheeler driver was killed after being hit by a private bus near Lohari Kalan village. The deceased was a resident of Chakda village near Doraha. The police has impounded the bus.
