President to offer prayers at Mahakaleshwar temple tomorrow
Ujjain, MP, June 27 (UNI) President Pratibha Patil would offer prayers and perform rituals at the world-famous Mahakaleshwar temple in this temple town tomorrow and also pay a courtesy visit to the residence of her brother.
After arriving here via helicopter at 0925 hours tomorrow, Ms Patil, who is on a four-day visit of Madhya Pradesh, would visit her brother R N Patil's residence at Ravindra Nagar and stay there till 1145 hours.
As per official information, Ms Patil will offer prayers and perform rituals at the Mahakaleshwar temple from 1200 hours to 1245 hours. She would stay at the Circuit House for 20 minutes before departing for Indore at 1340 hours.
Elaborate security arrangements have been made and senior officials assigned duties at different places in view of the President's visit.
Common devotees would not be allowed in the temple for one hour during Ms Patil's visit to the temple.
