London, June 24 : Manchester United winger Cristiano Ronaldo is obsessed with his shirt number "seven" just like his predecessor David Beckham.
The Real Madrid target has CR7 inscribed on a cupboard, sofa and bed cushions - matching his seven-shaped table and jewellery.
Similarly 33-year-old Becks has a VII tattoo, a DB7 clothing line for Marks and Spencer and would even queue at till No7 in supermarkets, The Sun reported.
Fans fear the likeness may mean the Portuguese winger, 23, will copy Becks' by leaving Manchester United for the Spanish club.
If he does, he will have to battle Real legend Raul for the number.
Last night a United source said of the video tour of Ronaldo's mansion in Alderley Edge, Cheshire: "I don't think this is a good sign for fans. Becks went nuts on the number - and the next moment he's signed for Madrid."
Previous United legends to have worn seven include George Best, Eric Cantona and Bryan Robson.
The similarities between Becks and Ron do not stop at seven.
The 42-goal ace has started holidaying at the 2.1million pound villa in Vale do Lobo, Portugal, used by the Beckhams.
