Four drowned at Malwani Aksai beach

Mumbai, Jun 22 (UNI) At least four persons including two minors drowned at Malwani Aksai beach in Malad while enjoying outing today.

According to police sources, bodies of three have been fished out of the sea, while one was still missing.

The four of two different families from the same society were outing on the beach, when high tide water pulled them inside, police sources said.

The bodies fished out have been identified as Sanjai Chawhan (38), Ajinker Chawhan (11), Vevek Palkar (9). However, the body of Viswanath Palkar, father of Vevek, was still missing, police said.

Poice and fire fighters were still searching the body at the beach till the information received last.
