Atwal sizzles in round 3, stays in the hunt at Knoxville Open

Knoxville, Tennessee, Jun 22 (UNI) Indian golf ace Arjun Atwal shot a magnificent four under 68 in round three of the Knoxville Open here to stay in tied sixth place.

Atwal's total has thus reached 12 under 204. He currently trails the leader, Australian Jarrod Lyle by four strokes.

The Chandigarh pro's bogey-free 68 yesterday included birdies on the first, fifth, 10th and 17th.

The Florida-based Indian had earlier fired 66 and 70 in the first two rounds.
