Heavy rainfall predicted in Bengal
Kolkata, Jun 21 (UNI) Just when people started thinking of respite from downpour, the met office predicted heavy to very heavy rainfall in Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim during the next 24 hours.
Heavy rain is also predicted at isolated places in Bihar and Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
The Met office in Kolkata has forcast a partly cloudy sky with one or two spells of rain or thundershower.
The maximum temperature was recorded at 32.2 (-2) degrees Celcius in the city, and the minimum temperature stood at 24.7 (-2) Degree Celcius, with a rainfall of 17.1 mm during the last 24 hours.
