Five companies start works at Fab City : Minister
Hyderabad, Jun 21 (UNI) Stating that Andhra Pradesh government has served notices to Sem India and Junvin companies for not taking up works in the prestigious Fab City, Major Industries Minister Geeta Reddy today said five of the 16 companies had started work.
Speaking to newspersons here, she said the two companies were served notices and warned that licenses would be cancelled if they failed to complete the works in time.
Solar Semiconductors, Excel Telecom, Sem India PF Solar and Surana ventures have started work and the first unit was likely to be operational by this December.
Titan Energy, Kisk Energy, Moser Baer and MIC Electronic would start work shortly, she said, adding 600 acres of land were allotted to the 16 companies.
