Chennai, Jun 21 (UNI) For the third successive day, Southern Railway today announced cancellation and diversion of trains due to breaches on South Eastern Railway.
The Southern Railway cancelled the Howrah-Chennai Central Coromandel Express scheduled to arrive in Chennai Central at 1715 hrs from June 24 to 30.
The Chennai Central-Howrah Coromandel Express scheduled to leave Chennai Central at 0845 hrs from June 25 to July 2, the Shalimar-Nagercoil Gurudev Express passing through Katpadi at 0537 hrs on June 27 , the Shalimar-Thiruvananthapuram Express Scheduled to arrive Chennai Central at 0400 hrs from June 24 to July 1, the Howrah-Kanniyakumari Express scheduled to leave Chennai Egmore at 2020 hrs on June 24 and July 1, the Howrah-Tiruchchirappalli Express scheduled to leave Chennai Egmore at 2020 hrs on June 23, 27 and 30, the Tiruchchirappalli-Howrah Express scheduled to leave Tiruchchirappalli at 1600 hrs on June 27 and Chennai Egmore at 2230 hrs have also been cancelled.
The following trains would run on diverted route from June 21 to 30: the Chennai Central-Howrah-Chennai Central Mails will run via Visakapatinam, Vizianagaram, Titlagarh, Sambalpur, Jharsuguda and Kharagpur.
The Yesvantpur-Howrah-Yesvantpur Expresse trains will run via Balharsha, Nagpur, Bilaspur, Jharsuguda and Kharagpur.
