Melbourne, June 20 : Pop singer Amy Pearson has revealed that she has been warned not to have sex during her trip to East Timor.

The 22-year-old singer is set to perform for Australian troops in Middle East after Tania Zaetta controversy.

She will be joined by comedians Kevin "Bloody" Wilson and Jenny Talia, singers Nicki Gillis and Rick Steele and MC Aniela Hedditch.

Pearson said that all have been warned not to have sex during the trip.

"They just told us all don't get drunk and don't have sex basically," News.com.au quoted Pearson as saying, after briefing sessions ahead of the trip.

The British-born singer said the army had addressed the controversy in its briefings.

"We've all been strapped into our chastity belts before we go, that was first port of call," she laughed.

"But you know, things blow up like that a lot, and I don't think my boyfriend would be too impressed if I came back with any stories like that.

"I'm going there to sing, and I'm doing this for the troops and I don't really concern myself with anything like that," she added.
