France Ambassador in India meets AP CM
Hyderabad, Jun 20 (UNI) France Ambassador in India Jerome Bonnafont along with Alliance Francaise Director Mr Levol today called on Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Rajsekhara Reddy at the Secretariat.
According to an official release here, the Ambassador informed Dr Reddy that French companies were interested in providing technical know-how for round-the-clock water supply in cities, food processing and aviation besides attracting more students from India for higher studies in France.
He said French companies employed about 6,000 people and with the opening of more companies like IT and Hotel Management, the number would surge to 8,000 in the capital city.
Dr Reddy said his government was interested in IT development, the release added.
