Chandigarh, Jun 19 (UNI) Agriculture Technology Training and Educational Institute of Chaudhry Charan Singh Haryana Agriculture University has decided to organise three days training program for women from June 24 on fruit and vegetable preservation.
Giving details, the spokesman of the University said that these courses are introduced to encourage women to set up their own small ventures.
He said that the women would be trained in making jams, jellies, squash, cheese, chutney, pickle and murrabaas. He said that the participants would be given certificates after completition of their course.
