Haryana Police recovers Rs 7 lakh in Bank robbery case
Chandigarh, Jun 19 (UNI) The Haryana Police recovered Rs 7.44 lakh in cash, one mouser and a country made pistol from four accused in the Engineering College Bank robbery case of Raipur in Sonipat district.
A police spokesman today said police had recovered Rs 2.60 lakh and a mouser from accused Devender, Rs 1.84 lakh from Lalit, Rs 2.80 lakh and a country made pistol from Parveen and Rs 20,000 from Narender.
He said that all the accused were produced before in a court at Sonipat. The court sent Devender and Lalit for police remand till June 21 and accused Narender and Parveen were sent to Sonepat Jail.
Further investigation into the case was in progress, he added.
