London, June 18 : Ronaldinho is in line to team up with David Beckham at LA Galaxy in a 20 million pounds move.
David Beckham's LA Galaxy has made a sensational move for Barcelona superstar Ronaldinho.
El Mundo Deportivo reported that Galaxy has tabled a mega bucks offer of 12 million pounds-a-year plus another 12 million pounds for his image rights.
Galaxy is also willing to pay a massive 18 million pounds to Barcelona for Ronaldinho's transfer fee.
But the Brazilian superstar is expected to reject the incredible offer, as he wants to continue his career in Europe, the Daily Star reported.
At the moment Galaxy has outbid Manchester City for Ronaldinho's services. It would be an incredible coup for Galaxy and mean, along with Becks, they would have the start of their very own American Galacticos.
But it also puts question marks over Ronaldinho's interest in playing at the highest level any more.
The whole idea is for the Galaxy to expand into the South America and Hispanic market given that Becks already has mass appeal in America, Europe and Southeast Asia.
Barcelona vice-president Ferran Soriano has confirmed the interest, saying: "We have received offers for Ronny other than from Manchester City. They are not the only club interested in our player."
