Washington, June 18 : Singer Rod Stewart is trying hard to expand his brood with model wife Penny Lancaster, but with age taking over, he claims that he's not the "Superman like he used to be."
The 63-year-old star, who was popular for his philandering ways in past, has admitted that his age may be slowing him down in the bedroom
"Trust me, I am trying my very hardest to have another child. But I am not quite Superman like I used to be. I am in my 60s now," Contactmusic quoted him, as saying.
However, according to reports by Showbiz Spy, his wife Lancaster completely disagrees with him, saying: "He's lying, he is Superman."
The couple are parents to a two-year-old son, Alastair Wallace, but are quite keen to give him a brother or sister in the near future.
Meanwhile, age is certainly taking its toll on Rod on stage, as the 'Maggie May' superstar now demands an oxygen mask as part of his rider.
