Cyber Tech forms JV in Bahrain; to invest $2.5 lakh

New Delhi, Jun 18 (UNI) Mumbai-based Cyber Tech Systems and Software Ltd today said it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Gold Coastway Ltd to form a joint venture company in Bahrain.

''We have signed an MoU to set up a JV company in Bahrain and will own 55 per cent stake in it,'' the company said in a statement.

Cyber Tech will invest about 2,50,000 dollars in the JV, it added.
