Pranab to inaugurate passport office in Uttarakhand tomorrow

Dehra Dun, Jun 16 (UNI) External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee will inaugurate a passport office in Uttarakhand here tomorrow.

After the inauguration, Mr Mukherjee would hold a press conference at a hotel on Subash Road.

The establishment of the passport office comes as a big relief to the people of the state as earlier, they had to travel to Bareilly to get their passports made.

The office would start its services after the inauguration.

Chief Minister B C Khanduri, along with several other dignitaries, would be present on the occasion.
