Ajit Kumar Sinha, new justice of J'khand High Court
Ranchi, Jun 16 (UNI) Mr Ajit Kumar Sinha was administered oath as new justice of Jharkhand High Court today.
The oath ceremony was administered by acting Chief Justice M Y Eqbal, who took the charge on May 16.
With this, total strength of Jharkhand High court rose to nine, still short of eleven against required strength of 20 judges, including the Chief Justice.
Mr Justice Sinha, practising in Supreme Court, appeared on behalf of the Jharkhand government.
