Karnataka: MLA's missing wife still to be located

{image-karnataka penkutty_15062008.jpg news.oneindia.in}Udupi (Karnataka), Jun 15: The misery of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) legislator's missing wife in Karnataka still persists as police have claimed that the whereabout of her still not known despite strong rumours that she has been located two days ago itself.

Mr A M Prasad, the IGP Western Range, speaking to newspersons have scotched rumours that Padmapriya, the wife of Udupi MLA Raghupathy Bhat has been traced by the state police and maintained that still efforts are going on to search the missing person. Denying the media reports over the issue Mr Prasad said that the special team formed to trace Mrs Padmapriya who was missing from her house since June 11, was still persisting its job to trace MLA's wife. Meanwhile, the Home Minister Dr. V S Acharya speaking to UNI has also clarified that the missing wife of Udupi BJP legislator was yet to be located by the state police. "She is somwehere in Karantaka and police teams are continuing their efforts to trace her" he added.
