Three notorious gangsters arrested in South Bihar
Dehri-on-Sone, Jun 14 (UNI) Police arrested three notorious gangsters including Rambabu Singh, the prime accused of infamous Jagjiwanpur massacre, from Mangarbalia village under Rajpur police station area in Rohtas district late last night.
Superintendent of police Jitender Singh Gangwar today said acting on a tip-off sleuths of local police raided a hideout and arrested the gansters. Police also seized a pistol, one countrymade gun, some bullets, three cell-phones and two motorcycles.
Several criminal cases relating to abduction, murders, dacoity and loot have been pending against the arrested gangsters in different police stations of Aurangabad, Bhojpur and Rohtas districts.
The Rambabu gang had abducted five people from Jagjiwanpur village under Imadpur police station area in Bhojpur district on December 28, 2006, and killed three of them while two people were still missing.
