Srinagar, Jun 14 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir Football Association (JKFA) today announced that the spectators will get free entry to watch the final match of National Football championship for Santosh trophy to be played at Bakshi Stadium here tomorrow between defending champion Punjab and Services.
The decision was taken in order to allow more spectators to enjoy the match as the people stay away from the semi-finals of the tournament.
From quarter-finals of the tournament spectators had to pay RS 10 to watch the matches.
After the exit of the hosts Jammu and Kashmir from the tournament, the stands at the Bakshi Stadium have been almost empty.
Keeping it in mind, JKFA decided to keep entry of the spectators totally free.
The final match of the tournament are expected will be attended by the Union minister for information and Broadcasting Priyaranjan Dassmunshi, who is also the president of All India Football Association (AIFF) besides Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad.
