Judicial custody for KIMS shootout accused extended
Hubli, Karnataka, Jun 13: Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) Court II Judge K B Patil here today ordered the extension of judicial custody of four accused in the Karnataka Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS) shootout case till June 27.
Former KIMS Director M G Hiremath and local Congress leaders Prakash Ullagaddimath, Vinay Patil and Bangaresh Hiremath were accused in the case.
KIMS superintendent Shivanand Doddamani was shot at, at his residence in December last.
The court said the bail application of the accused would be taken up on June 19.
