Groundnut steady, Refined palm oil up

Mumbai, Jun 13 (UNI) Spot price of groundnut remained steady today on moderate demand even as refined palm oil moved up on speculative buying by stockists, traders at the Bombay Commodity Exchange said.

In oils (per ten Kg) sunflower exp, cottonseed (refined) and refined palm oil rose by Rs 5 owing to fresh buying support by stockists.

Among seeds (per quintal), javas 60/70 improved by Rs 25.

seasameseed whitish 95/5 and whitish 98/2 also edged up by Rs 300 on renewed buying support by stockists.

In Deoiled cakes (per tonnes), cottonseed exp also shot up by Rs 200 per MT. on good demand by stockists.
