Dhaka, Jun 13 (UNI) Satisfied after two convincing wins in the ongoing Kitply Cup, India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni praised his teammates for fulfilling their individual roles to perfection.

''It was an easy win. We put them under pressure right from the start. Again it was a good start by Sehwag and Gambhir.

People understand their role well and then it becomes easy for the skipper as there is hardly anything to do,'' Dhoni told mediapersons here after the match against hosts Bangladesh yesterday.

''I am really happy about the team performance. We have played two matches and in both ties, we had good starts both in batting and bowling. I wish the same kind of performance continues in the final against Pakistan also,'' he added.

Dhoni was confident India will do well in the final despite the fact that the middle-order has not got a chance to have a feel of the conditions.

''Obviously, the middle order has not got chance to bat but that's part and parcel of the game. Lower order has not got opportunity,'' he said. ''Hopefully the top-order would do well in the final but we are confident and prepared.'' The 26-year-old from Jharkhand does want to be complacent and wants his team to put their best foot forward in the final.

''Let's not think about the result but we should win the game as we have been doing so often,'' Dhoni stated. ''Every game is a fresh game and we need to carry on the momentum to some, even though you always start afresh. We have to repeat all the good work that we have done in the last two matches.'' ''Of course we will be carrying our confidence but you have to start from the scratch again in the final. It is all about playing the game to your potential and to your strength. That is what is important rather thinking about beating the rivals,'' he added.

Dhoni brushed aside suggestions that the hype and history which surrounds an Indo-Pak sporting encounter will put the Indians under added pressure.

''The final against Pakistan is just another game. We are going to play them for the second time. The team wants to play a good game of cricket and we would like to give our best tomorrow,'' he quipped.

India are in superb form in the tournament. They crushed arch-rivals Pakistan by a whopping 140-run margin in their first match and overplayed hosts Bangladesh by seven wickets yesterday to finish at the top of the table with 10 points from two wins.

They are now favourites for the final against Pakistan here tomorrow.
