Auckland, June 13 : Four more persons have been arrested in Auckland and produced before a court on charges of murder of South Auckland liquor shop owner Navtej Singh.

Yesterday, in the same court, two men -- Anitelea Chan Kee, a 20-year-old bouncer of Auckland's Mount Albert, and Tino Felise (17) of Manurewa -- were charged with murder. Mefiposeta Chan Kee (24), a car groomer of Otara, was charged as an accessory. They were remanded in custody until August 6. Two of the four persons nabbed today were charged with the murder of Singh, who was fatally shot on Saturday during a robbery of his store. Those charged with murder have been identified as 19-year olds Jason Naseri and Myroon Robert Felise of Manurewa, reported stuff.co.nz.

Felise's name was not disclosed initially on claims he had sick grandparents. He is the brother of another murder accused, Tino Faamele Felise (17) who appeared yesterday. They also face aggravated robbery and weapons charges as do Eti Filoa (23) of Otara and a 19-year-old of Mangere. The latter's name is suppressed until next week on the grounds of an ailing grandparent.

No pleas were entered and they were remanded in custody until August 6 for pre-deposition hearings.

Judge Wiltens also suppressed details of statements made by some of the charged men to the police. These were disclosed in part in court yesterday.
