Seven BSF personnel among 20 injured in road accidents
Jammu, Jun 12 (UNI) Atleast twenty persons were injured including seven jawans of Border Security Force (BSF) in different road accidents in the last 24 hours in Jammu region, police said here today.
''Seven BSF jawans were injured when the vehicle in which they were travelling, turned turtle near Dungi in Pouni area of Reasi district last night,'' the police told UNI.
Police said the vehicle, which was on its way from Akhnoor to Dharmari skidded off the road and turned turtle when the driver failed to negotiate a sharp turn near village Dungi, resulting the injuries to seven BSF jawans.
Meanwhile, thirteen persons sustained injuries in different road accidents here since late night.
All the injured were admitted to Government Medical College (GMC) hospital, police said.
