PMCH medics apprehending arrest file anticipatory bail petition
Patna, Jun 11 (UNI) Eight doctors of Patna Medical College and Hospital (PMCH), apprehending arrest in two separate cases, today filed two anticipatory bail petitions before the district and sessions judge of Patna.
An FIR alleging criminal negligence on the part of the physicians during treatment of a patient at the PMCH was lodged at the local police station.
Another FIR was lodged against eight doctors and a technician of the same hospital for alleged attack on a photo journalist during a strike in the hospital.
A separate FIR was also lodged against some unknown doctors for causing death to a lawyer's daughter at the hospital during treatment.
The FIRs were lodged at Peerbahor police station in Patna.
District and Sessions judge Mandhata Singh has fixed June 12, the date for hearing on these anticipatory bail petitions.
