P S Group to set up IT park in Sri Lanka
Kolkata, Jun 11 (UNI) P S Group, one of the leading real estate companies of eastern India, today announced its first international project for an IT park in Sri Lanka at an investment of 80.44 million dollars.
Company's Chairman Pradip Chopra said the proposed IT park was slated to be developed on an area of 1.60 million square feet and would provide 20,000 direct employment.
The group, which flagged off its national expansion at Velachery, the IT hub of Chennai, is in the process of developing a shopping mall, an Infotech city and IT and service sector SEZ at Coimbatore, Chandigarh and Pune.
The company, which already completed 100 projects, has 50 more on its order book at present, Mr.Chopra said.
