This move comes in after the CBI conducted the second lie detector test on Krishna in connection with the gruesome murder of Aarushi and domestic help Hemraj on June 10.

Sources said that Krishna, the 23-year-old Nepalese compounder, cracked during the interrogation by the CBI. He has reportedly told the sleuths that he knows where the murder weapon may be. Krishna has now emerged as the focus of the CBI investigations which now seem to have virtually discarded the approach taken by the UP police earlier, that labelled Arushi's father Dr Talwar prime suspect and suggested the murder was a crime of passion. The case was subsequently transferred to the premier investigation agency. It has been established, from fingerprints lifted from the scene of crime, that Krishna was at the Talwar home in Noida on the night of May 15 when Aarushi and Hemraj, the family's domestic help, were murdered. Sources said the man, who had been Dr Talwar's receptionist and compounder till the schoolgirl was murdered, said during interrogation that he could lead CBI's sleuths to the murder weapon and the missing mobile phones of the deceased. His lie detector tests, conducted on Monday and Tuesday, indicates the murder weapon was possibly a khukri - a Nepalese knife.

However, following the lie detector test, Krishna himself on Tuesday alleged that investigating agencies and doctors were colluding to frame him in an attempt to save the father of the slain girl. "I did not do anything. I did not kill Aarushi," a sobbing Krishna said after he was subjected to a lie detector test for the second consecutive day on Tuesday June 10.
