'Garib Rath' like cake for Lalu on his 61st birthday

Patna, June 11: Enthusiastic supporters thronged the residence of Railway Minister Lalu Prasad in Patna to offer their best wishes to the popular leader as he turned 61.

Lalu's supporters brought a special cake for him which was shaped like the Garib Rath. The Railway minister cut the cake on this special day with his family at the official residence of his wife Rabri Devi, who is Leader of Opposition in the state assembly. Last year, Lalu celebrated his birthday in New Delhi, much to the disappointment of his supporters here. To make up this year, RJD leader is in Patna to celebrate his big day. Lalu has at many occasions said that he didn't know his exact date of birth, but his school certificate records June 11 as his birth date.
