Gammon India acquires stake in 2 Italian firms
New Delhi, Jun 11 (UNI) Construction major Gammon India Ltd today said its overseas subsidiaries have acquired stakes in two Italian firms.
The company has acquired 50 per cent stake in power sector services firm Sadelmi Spa, and 75 per cent stake in Franco Tosi Meccanica Spa, a company engaged in manufacturing steam turbine for thermal and hydro-electric plants, the company said in a statement.
However, the company did not disclose any financial details of the transactions.
