New residential condominiums coming up on EM Bypass
Kolkata, Jun 10 (UNI) Ruchi Realty Holdings Private Limited (RRHPL), the latest venture from the Ruchi Group of Industries, today launched 'Active Acres,' a premium residential condominiums, situated 1.2 kms off EM Bypass with an investment of Rs 450 crores.
Speaking on the occasion here, RRHPL Managing Director Manish Shahra said built over about 17 acres, the project would act as a destination for all categories of people who are looking for a high-class lifestyle, adorned by all the amenities possible to suit contemporary living standards.
Mr Shahra said the condominiums would also have residents club, spaces for outdoor activities, swimming pool and tennis court to promote and inspire people to live an ''activity filled, healthy life.'' He said the project comprises six towers in addition to which there would be one tower for commercial/retail/IT/ITES services that would be completed in a single phase.
Referring to the other projects of RRHPL, Mr Shahra said the company has acquired land in Bantala IT SEZ and was developing an IT park on the said land.
He also informed that the company has undertaken township projects in Mumbai, Bhopal, Indore and was developing business hotels in Bhubaneswar, Jamshedpur and Indore.
'' The activities of the Ruchi Group encompass edible oils, soya products, dairy products, de-oiled cakes, steel, import-export infrastructure development and Infotech. The company is in favour of further diversification and entering the real estate is a step to that direction,'' Mr Shahra maintained.
