Man run over by truck

Jalandhar, Jun 9 (UNI) While crossing a road, a man was today crushed to death by a speeding truck laden with gas cylinders on Nakodar road here.

Police said the deceased was yet to be identified, while the truck driver after hitting the persons, managed to flee from the site with the vehicle.

A case under negligence driving was registered against the unknown truck driver, police added.
