Woman molested at Shopper's Stop in W Delhi mall

New Delhi, Jun 7 (UNI) A woman was allegedly molested at the Shopper's Stop located in a mall in West Delhi this evening, police said.

According to a complaint filed by the 22-year-old woman, resident of Jor Bagh in South Delhi, she was molested by one Naveen who had called her for a job interview in Shopper's Stop located in a mall in Rajouri Garden in West Delhi.

The woman claimed that Naveen took her to the fourth floor of the mall where he allegedly molested her.

A case of molestation has been registered by the police in this connection.

Meanwhile, a statement by Shopper's Stop said the police had gone to the store and was investigating the matter.

''At 1700 hrs a political party staged a protest at our store. The police came to our store and are investigating the issue. We are extending our full cooperation to the police on the same,'' the statement said.
